Details: John Seebach will discuss recent research into the Paleoindian era with a primary focus on western North America, including the wrangling over the dates at the White Sands footprint sites, how the Great Basin and Plateau are re-writing what we know about Paleoindian ethnicities, new insights from the Folsom sites of Middle Park, Colorado, and the Clovis caches and the potential Paleoindian age of a small biface assemblage from Whitewater.
